Assignment #1 - Scavenger Hunt

My daddy! I had been taking pictures outside and then when I came inside this picture turned out orange! Ahhh! I was sure there was a way I could fix this in Lightroom.
I fixed it! I used the temperature slider. (Were we allowed to do that?? Oh well, I did. ;p) I really like the shadows in the chair. I wish we had curtains already so that I could've arranged them so the light was more focused on his face.

Ugly Ugly. I took the temperature slider and went the different direction and made it worse. I really dislike this part of the assignment because I hate looking at gross things.

This is my favorite picture I took. I was actually trying to get a picture of some goldfish behind those stones, but I hit my tripod (clumsy me!) and it shifted down to this beautiful angel.

I added more darkness to this one and used the radial filter to light up the angel a little bit. (Again I wasn't sure if we could, but I liked it too much after messing around.) When I added a little bit more darkness I got more texture in the stone and I went back and forth about liking it or not and finally decided that I did because of the balance with the texture of the plant.

This one I just slid the sliders to the most extreme. Very dark shadows, and Very bright highlights. I ALMOST like the shade of the pot, but that's all I like about it.

When I was searching for something red I realized that a lot of the tool and random junk in my boyfriend's garage had red on them. I honestly didn't put much into this picture. I went "snap" and moved on to other red things. Coming back to it I really liked it. I wished I would've maybe brushed some dust off or something. Personally I think it looks like a face.. But that could be just me!

I didn't do too much to this picture. I added some black but as I went to more extremes I didn't like it. I like how much the red stands out. It's not extreme and I like that.

Green brings out the red right?
